Clarity Eye Center PLLC located 20 miles north of downtown Austin has an immediate opening for a highly qualified, full-time specialist in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. Candidates must have successfully completed a fully accredited ophthalmology residency training program and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus or cornea and refractive surgery and be American Board of Ophthalmology certified or eligible. Our doctors provide comprehensive, compassionate vision care for adults and children. We are seeking to add a pediatric ophthalmologist who can solely focus on children whose needs range from general eye exams to medical and surgical treatment of the most complex childhood eye diseases including strabismus, amblyopia and Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP). We are also seeking to add an anterior segment surgeon with cornea fellowship training to address complicated cataracts, corneal transplants, treatment of infections, management of other corneal disorders. An interest in refractive surgery is a plus. The successful candidate will have team-oriented attitude and excellent clinical and surgical skills. Our main office and satellite location include state of the art equipment with excellent and well-trained staff with efficient flow. The EMR system is easy to use and allows us to be 100% compliant with current standards of EHR requirements.
