Candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible, and be able to obtain their Texas medical license. Post-residency fellowship training preferred, but not required.
He or she should have demonstrated excellent clinical and surgical abilities, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The candidates must be committed to superior patient care, teaching, and have some interest in research. Teaching residents, clinical fellows, and medical students is expected.
