A large, well-established and respected practice is seeking an excellent General Ophthalmologist / skilled Cataract Surgeon to join our practice which is comprised of 4 ophthalmologists (1-Cornea, 2- Retinal Surgeons, and 1 General) and 2 fellowship-trained Optometrists. Our main office is located near our own ASC. We also travel to various satellite clinics which greatly extends the reach and volume of the practice. The successful surgeon will start with instant volume and will likely perform 400-600 cataracts in the first year. There is huge potential for practice growth during the first few years. This practice growth, coupled with a low overhead, will allow for the possibility of a very large income within a few years of joining our practice. We are a very busy referral-based practice that demands quality and ethical surgical care combined with the ability to be very personable and work closely with our referral network and our own medical staff.
This is a PARTNERSHIP TRACK position, with a reasonable and affordable buy-in after 18 months. Competitive compensation and benefit package including:
Generous income guarantee with bonus opportunity,
Ownership option in both the Ophthalmology Practice and the Ambulatory Surgery Center after 18 months.
