A Clinical Manager is needed to assist our ophthalmologists in their practice of ophthalmology; which focuses on the medical and surgical treatment of the retina and vitreous. We have six office locations in the Los Angeles area. As the Clinical Manager you will assist physicians and supervise clinical staff to facilitate efficient daily flow of patients. The Clinical Manager fulfills numerous functions. The Clinical Manager directs, supervises, and evaluates the work activities of clinical employees. Supports, reviews, and analyzes facility activities and data to aid in planning and risk management. The Clinical Manager plans, implements, and administers training programs and services for clinical office employees as needed. In addition, the Clinical Manager is responsible for OSHA compliance. Travel to all office locations is required.
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required -- college preferred. Computer literacy is required.
