The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level specializing in Retina and Vitreous Disease. Ours is a large, urban academic practice with all subspecialties represented amongst our faculty members. Applicants must have a commitment to outstanding clinical care, education, and research. Our mission is to provide “exceptional care without exception” to a diverse patient population in Boston, as well as several suburban satellite offices, and the Veterans Healthcare System. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, an ambulatory surgery center, and a new clinical care facility. Candidates must have completed an approved residency training program in ophthalmology and be board certified. Successful completion of a Retina/Vitreous fellowship is required. Experience in teaching and prior academic productivity is desirable. Salary will be determined according to experience. Applications should include a letter of introduction and a CV.
