20 doctor, 4 location, practice with all subspecialties of eye care seeking talented, dynamic clinical manager to orchestrate most efficient work flow among the doctors and technician staff. Currently 40 technicians with growing practice and anticipating need for 50 within next 3-5 years. Will need strong managerial and technical skills to maximize efficiency as well as to recruit, train, and retain talented technician staff.
Previous clinical managerial experience preferred along with dynamic approach with strong team building skills.
