Maryland Eye Associates is seeking a comprehensive/general ophthalmologist and/or a fellowship-trained glaucoma subspecialist to work with our group Full-time or Part-time to assume the patients of a retiring senior partner. Compensation includes a base salary with progressive incentive. Outstanding opportunity in a great location with significant earnings potential. MEA was founded in 1977 and continues as a vibrant general ophthalmology practice. We are a busy practice with very interesting patients and pathology. The main office in Prince Frederick is well equipped and well staffed with an extremely convenient ambulatory surgery center adjacent to the practice location. We use the NextGen EMR and have refracting techs and scribes working with the doctors. Our offices are located in Prince Frederick and Annapolis Maryland. Doctors have chosen to live in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Annapolis Maryland and many attractive suburban and desirable neighborhoods in southern Maryland and can enjoy a reverse commute minimizing traffic congestion. Additional Salary Information: Compensation is negotiable as a combination of a base plus progressive incentive based on individual production, payable monthly.
