Busy, well respected partnership practice is need of a top notch retinal surgeon due to retirement of our senior retinal specialist. Current staffing includes 2 retina, 1 cornea,2 anterior segment surgeons, and 1 residency trained OD. The new surgeon would initially see 30+ patients per day, travel to a satellite clinic once per week, and perform retinal surgery in our ASC. Our efficient ASC is already well equipped for retina and the bulk our our retina surgeries are performed there. There is a huge potential for practice growth. Partnership will be available for both the practice and our ASC following 18 months of employment. Employment status includes a generous base salary, production bonus, and all standard benefits including the opportunity for 401k participation.
