Geneva Eye Clinic is accepting applications for a highly qualified part time oculoplastics specialist. In addition, a part time academic position will be encouraged for the right candidate. Located 25 miles east of Geneva Illinois, Chicago is host to 6 ophthalmology residency programs. A full time position will also be considered for a candidate available to do general ophthalmology in addition to oculoplastics.
Geneva Eye Clinic is located in the scenic, historic Fox River Valley in Kane County Illinois. The community is home to award winning school districts, and routinely recognized by Bloomberg Business as the best place to raise children in Illinois. The town of Geneva offers a “Norman Rockwell” setting with quaint shopping and restaurants, extensive bike trail systems along the Fox River and the Illinois Prairie Path.
We are a comprehensive practice that includes specialists in medical retina, uveitis, glaucoma, and pediatrics. Our providers are also involved with teaching ophthalmology residents at Rush University Medical Center and Stroger Hospital of Cook County. Candidates must have successfully completed a fully accredited ophthalmology residency program, an additional one or two year fellowship in oculoplastics, and be American Board of Ophthalmology certified or eligible. Salary will be commensurate with experience and credentials.
