One of the largest, most well-respected ophthalmology practices in the Washington DC metropolitan area is currently seeking a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist, who must also be willing to provide comprehensive ophthalmologic services.
We have been in practice for close to 50 years, and currently operate three offices in Northern Virginia with 11 ophthalmologists and two optometrists. We are a well-managed, physician-owned practice providing the highest quality eye care services to the communities we serve. Our physicians, many of whom are routinely recognized as top physicians in our area, provide comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmic services, as well as subspecialty care in the areas of glaucoma, refractive surgery, pediatrics, oculoplastics, and uveitis. We have developed and maintain excellent relationships with primary care physicians and other referring providers in our area.
This position is for a partner-track physician. We are looking for a well-qualified applicant who can provide comprehensive ophthalmologic services in addition to medical and surgical management of glaucoma. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a profit sharing plan, professional liability insurance, life, and disability insurance. We maintain a collegial atmosphere and offer an outstanding opportunity to practice in the multicultural and diverse Washington DC Metropolitan area.
