About the Position An exciting, new opportunity for a comprehensive ophthalmologist with medical retina or cornea training/interest, in a privately-owned, North-Central Ohio location. The ideal physician candidate will be entrepreneurial and become part of the future growth of this well-established, successful practice founded, owned and operated by a solo, fellowship trained ophthalmologist.
A state-of-the-art AAAHC certified, ambulatory surgery center provides an atmosphere of design for efficiency and ophthalmic procedures. The new associate will have input into his or her own schedule and surgical protocol. In addition, there is opportunity for the physician who desires to become an owner in both the practice and the ASC and for future leadership. Following a successful two-year employment term, the physician will have an opportunity to become a partner and eventually, a successor. An excellent salary and benefits package completes this offer.

About the Practice The practice was founded by the current owner in 1997, and currently employs an exceptional team consisting of the physician owner and well trained JCAHPO certified staff and nurses. The owner's reputation for optimal surgical outcomes is well-known with over 16,000 patient visits in 2017. Together with the experienced clinical staff of technicians and nurses, the doctors strive to provide patients with the most technologically advanced and highest quality medical and surgical care available anywhere.
About the Area Located in Northcentral Ohio, the practice is within a 45-minute highway commute for fine dining, excellent shopping, theatre and professional sports.

The Columbus Clippers, a AAA minor league baseball affiliate of the Cleveland Indians play at Huntington Park in downtown Columbus. In addition to sports, shopping at the Easton Town Center, entertainment including theater and many fine restaurants are located in Columbus. The State Fair, Franklin Park Conservatory's botanical garden, and the Ohio Theatre encompass the myriad of family entertainment to enjoy after hours.
