The Eye Care Institute was established in 1952 and offers a broad range of services to our community including cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma treatment and surgery, oculoplastics, low vision and contact lens examinations. Our practice is staffed by six ophthalmologists and one optometrist. We have two offices in Santa Rosa and one in Petaluma, all with successful optical dispensaries. Surgery is performed in a state of the art ASC equipped for FLACS (Lenstar). In Sonoma County recreational opportunities abound including hiking, bicycling, boating, fishing, and camping. Winter sports in beautiful Lake Tahoe are within a four hour drive and San Francisco is a one hour scenic drive from Santa Rosa.
