Exciting opportunity for a board-eligible or board-certified fellowship trained medical and surgical cornea physician with proficient cataract surgical skills to join Horizon Eye Care’s well established high volume multi-specialty practice. This position will join two existing cornea physicians. The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent outcomes, an interest in premium IOLs, sound clinical judgement, ethical decision-making, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and motivation to contribute to the growth of our practice.
Horizon Eye Care is a busy, well respected multi-specialty group of 16 MD’s and 4 OD’s located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Horizon Eye Care has 6 offices in Charlotte and the immediate surrounding areas. Our practices have state-of-the-art equipment including IOL Master, corneal topography, corneal crosslinking, YAG and excimer laser, Cirrus OCT, SLT, IVFA, photography, and HVF. Surgeries are performed at a convenient and efficient surgery center furnished with state of the art surgical equipment, including a LenSx femtosecond laser. All of our locations offer optical and contact lens services. Horizon has an excellent management team and clinical technicians to provide support to our doctors.
