Macula Vitreous Retina Physicians & Surgeons, Dr. Petros Carvounis' practice in Houston, TX is seeking to hire an exceptional fellowship-trained retina specialist to join the growing practice. The practice is based on a single location in the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world, although there is an expectation to travel to a satellite location once a week. The possibility of an additional location opening in 2020 is being explored. The office is beautifully appointed and well-equipped with the top of the line equipment for retina care. There are several ASCs nearby that have the latest equipment for vitreoretinal surgery. The practice has a strong academic flavor and the expectation is that the new hire, besides helping grow the practice, will participate as an investigator in clinical trials.
