The Manager of Practice Integration is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and execution for integrating newly acquired member practices onto the common EHA infrastructure under the direction of the Director of Practice Integration. This position has the responsibility to assist with critical member practice functions. This position reports to the Director of Practice Integration. The Manager of Practice Integration will serve as a liaison with the Director in driving operations based on review and assessment of member practices and integration which enhances the overall value of the new member practice. The employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
Collaborate with leadership team on the development of:
Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s that assist the senior management team with running the day-to-day business.
Monthly reporting package that aids the management team and provides communication to the Board of Managers.
Work with the Director of Practice Integration to integrate new member practices as efficiently as possible to assist EHA in hitting revenue goals.
Provide Integration leadership to drive the process that allows EHA to onboard acquisitions.
Collaborate with the Director of Practice Integration and presidents of regional platform groups such that the due diligence process is efficient and produces the required information to allow a quick start to the post-close integration activities.
Understands the M&A integration activities as an eco-system that is critical to EHA’s growth. Manages to metrics and ensures each integration plan is understood by the team.
Ø Assist in driving project management processes for integration
Ø Support the integration process by partnering with the administrative and clinical teams for deployment of the HRIS, PM/EMR systems, accounting, accounts payable, credentialing, and other systems within the organization.
Ø Achieve defined goals while maintaining professional levels of service, quality, finance, engagement and growth.
Ø Communicate frequently with the member practice that is in the integration process. Continually reinforce EHA’s goals and standards.
Ø Advises, consults and makes recommendations to the Director of Practice Integration as well as other members of the leadership team on strategy, policy and planning.
Ø Communicates in a timely, professional, educated and accurate manner.
Ø Develops and maintains a working knowledge for current applicable laws and regulations to ensure a compliant operating environment.
Ø Acts as a liaison between Eye Health America and newly acquired physicians and creates a culture of open communication and mutual understanding of defined goals for the implementation process.
