POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises daily clinical operations of the surgery center and manages the clinical and clerical staff in accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation regulations and guidelines, as well as established Piedmont Eye policies and procedures. Oversees patient care activities in preoperative, postoperative and intraoperative. Purchasing of required supplies, controlled drugs, and equipment. Responsible for staff development, orientation and staff discipline and appraisals.

Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Current Georgia R.N. license and BCLS. ACLS preferred. BSN preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of ambulatory surgery clinical experience as a registered nurse
Two (2) years of administrative/management experience.
