New Ophthalmologist will join a growing practice and enjoy a significant surgical (20 cases/week) / patient volume (as desired 40-60 patients/day). The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent surgical outcomes, sound clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and motivation to contribute to the practice.
