The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center is seeking a full time Cornea and Anterior segment specialist at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Ours is a large, urban academic practice with all subspecialties represented amongst our faculty members. Applicants must have a commitment to outstanding clinical care, education, and research. Our mission is to provide “exceptional care without exception” to a diverse patient population in Boston, as well as at several suburban satellite offices and the Veterans Healthcare System. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, an ambulatory surgery center, and a newly renovated clinical care facility.
Candidates must have completed an approved residency training program in ophthalmology and be board certified or board eligible. Fellowship training in Cornea and External Disease is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching and who have evidence of scholarly output. Salary will be commensurate with level of experience.
