Excellent opportunity for experience Practice Manager to join an established practice embarking on a new growth plan. You will work closely with Covenant’s Regional Vice President, Operations (RVP). You are responsible for overseeing the company’s operations while maintaining a warm, supportive work culture providing high quality, patient-focused care. Help implement new systems, processes and technology. Strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills will be essential to success in this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your background in effectively recruiting, onboarding, developing, managing, and retaining great staff, will thrive in our work environment.
Analytical and independent thinking, that easily enable you to create strategies that respond to pressure points in the clinical operations, cultivate and mentor staff to perform at their highest potential, and manage change throughout the practice as we continue to grow.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively convey complicated concepts and information.
Ability to analyze key performance indicators and execute corrective actions to improve performance.
Ability to diagnose problems quickly, communicate them, and have foresight into potential issues.
Implements strategic plan and organizational goals in cooperation with RVP, Managing Partner and Management team.
Day to day oversite of organization, physicians, management personnel.
Day to day oversight of practice operations to include patient engagement, facility management, budget management, HR.
Monitors financial performance and key indicators.
Works in cooperation with RVP and Managing Partner to develop and implement corrective actions as needed to meet/exceed performance goals
Strategizes methods to meet/exceed monthly budget parameters by working closely with RVP Oversee Revenue Cycle Team to ensure claims processing and collections process meet current compliance initiative.
Creates, analyzes and provides routine and ad hoc reports on Practice activities.
Certified Ophthalmic Executive preferred
Bachelor's degree in medical administration, business, or a related area, or comparable experience desired.
5+ years’ experience in progressive roles of leadership
