Fellowship trained neuro-ophthalmologist in long established (>100 years) Dayton general ophthalmology practice for 31 years who has recently become partially disabled. Full equipped practice with 4-5 lanes of equipment in strategic location. Practice generates 250-300 cataracts/year.
Stopped practicing cataract surgery several years ago and have since referred cases out to a single nearby surgeon.
High acuity pathology, particularly neuro-ophthalmology, as well as general ophthalmology. Some patients have been in the practice for over 55 years. Exceedingly loyal patients.
Not looking to make a lot of money on the transition. Primary interest is in having someone who will take good care of my patients. This should be a turn key operation.
Loyal and talented employees—all longstanding in practice.
Owner will to stay on for a period to introduce and/or help out with neuro patients as needed.
