The Division of Ophthalmology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) seeks to recruit a full-time glaucoma surgeon. This position will include patient care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and offsite locations. Our state-of-the-art ambulatory operating rooms currently accommodate the entire range of eye surgeries, including minimally-invasive and/or complex glaucoma procedures. The successful candidate for this position may be considered for Harvard Medical School appointment as Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor commensurate with experience and achievements.
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a 673-bed hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is renowned for excellence in patient care, biomedical research, teaching and community service and is located in the heart of Boston's Longwood Medical and Academic Area. Our division is one of the affiliates of the Harvard Ophthalmology residency program based at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and our faculty work closely with trainees, including residents and fellows.
