Casey Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology at OHSU is recruiting a full-time Glaucoma specialist to work with our current group of five faculty and two fellows.
This position will join an established and highly regarded University-based practice with clinical, research and educational responsibilities, and will hold an academic appointment. It has a strong clinical emphasis, with an established referral base and active surgical load. The group practice consists of 8 optometrists and 52 ophthalmologists offering sub-specialty services in cornea, vitreoretinal disease, ophthalmic pathology and oncology, uveitis and ocular immunology, pediatric ophthalmology, oculoplastics, neuro-ophthalmology, low vision and ophthalmic genetics.
The ideal candidate must be board certified or board-eligible and have a strong interest in teaching and/or clinical research. Oregon and Washington state medical licensure is required. Mid-career practitioners and fellows currently in training are encouraged to apply. A competitive benefit package will be offered.
