Eye Associates of New Mexico, a large doctor-owned practice, is seeking a fellowship trained, board certified/board eligible Cornea Specialist, to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The practice performs a high number of transplants yearly, including DMEK, DSAEK, DALK and PKP. We serve as the tertiary care center for cornea, external disease, and complex anterior segment for the state of New Mexico and adjacent parts of surrounding states. Our patients provide a host of challenging medical and surgical cases. It’s anticipated that the individual in this position will have or develop the cataract surgery skills to be an integral part of the team providing services for the large volume of EANM patients needing cataract surgery. Candidates must possess both excellent clinical knowledge and excellent surgical skills. EANM has a philosophy of mentoring new physicians to help them achieve their highest potential in terms of surgical and clinical care to patients.
