Come join the team of a flourishing and well-established comprehensive ophthalmology practice! We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist to take over for our retiring senior partner. The ideal candidate places patient care first, is an excellent clinician and communicator, and is seeking to develop the practice with a long-term partnership track. While the position is primarily comprehensive ophthalmologist, there is also ample opportunity and support to cultivate a subspecialty niche.
Our practice is well-managed with low overhead, allowing each partner/associate to enjoy work-life balance with a 4-day work week and ample vacation. On-call duties are light – 6 weekends per year covering only the office and a minimum of 3 weeks per year covering the local hospital, with generous compensation for each week.
The practice practice has two efficiently-run modern offices featuring a beautiful, newly-renovated optical shop and state-of-the-art equipment, including Heidelberg OCT, topography, Lenstar, and Octopus visual field analyzer. All of the technicians in the practice are excellent refractionists. We operate at a highly-efficient, surgeon-owned surgery center, where ownership is also an option.
We pride ourselves on the highest-quality patient care and our reputation in the community has reflected that over many years.
