With over 250 providers managing the health of approximately 166,000 primary care patients across 100+ clinic sites, Rendr plays a vital role in delivering accessible, high-quality, and culturally appropriate care throughout the city’s Chinese neighborhoods.

Company History

Rendr was founded to address disparities faced by underserved Chinese Americans due to cultural barriers and limited access to healthcare. Our mission is to provide world-class, value-based care (VBC) to the Chinese community.
In 2024, Rendr recorded over 1.3 million patient visits, supported by a multilingual team of more than 1,390 staff fluent in various Chinese dialects. Our clinics are conveniently located in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Flushing, Elmhurst, and Staten Island to ensure accessible care.

    Job Overview: We are seeking an Anterior Segment Ophthalmologist (Cornea/Glaucoma Fellowship preferred) to join our busy practice of MD/ODs. We have multiple locations in Sunset Park and Bensonhurst (Brooklyn) and Chinatown (Manhattan).
