Eye Surgeons Associates is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Fellowship-Trained
Ophthalmologist to join our growing, privately owned (not private equity) practice.

With established locations in Livonia, Canton, and Monroe, our practice offers an outstanding opportunity
to build a busy practice in a collegial, collaborative environment alongside 4 ophthalmologists and 1
optometrist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

We offer:
Established referral base with immediate patient volume
Years 1 & 2: Starting salary $300,000–$400,000 + bonus
Years 3+: Competitive percentage of collections with partnership opportunity and earning
potential of $600,000+
Supportive, team-oriented culture
No hospital call
