Join a Leading Ophthalmology Practice in the Pacific Northwest
Spokane Eye Clinic is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our thriving physician-led group in Spokane, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established group and work alongside a collaborative team of subspecialists in a highly respected regional practice.
You will be joining a group of 26 providers (16 MDs, 10 ODs), including 4 glaucoma specialists, with strong internal referral networks and significant unmet demand across the region. This position is designed to support both immediate patient access needs and long-term succession planning, offering the incoming physician the ability to quickly build a busy and sustainable practice.
Position Highlights:
Immediate access to a large, established glaucoma and cataract patient base
3 days clinic + 1 day OR (ASC-based) Weekly
Dedicated clinical space with outstanding diagnostic equipment and skilled techs
Onsite ASC and laser center with experienced staff
Collaborative environment with mentorship and surgical support
Shared call rotation with large physician group
Compensation & Benefits:

$20K Signing Bonus
$50K Career Starter Bonus (for new and experienced candidates)
